Bleu’s 7-Step Process for Premium CBD

Step 1: Superior Farming

Our process is initiated using natural proprietary strains of hemp that are high in CBD and all our hemp is grown in nutrient-rich soil in the United States. To ensure our products are safe, regulated and exceed in their potency and consistency; our farmers operate under strict guidelines using state-of-the-art farming processes.

To help avoid using herbicide we grow hemp that matures quickly using the “Sea of Green” approach.

Step 2: Raw Hemp Refining

Our plants are dried and immediately housed after they are harvested. Once complete our plants are milled into a course powder it is shipped to our processing and manufacturing facility.

Step 3: Proprietary Extraction

To ensure we produce Superior CBD products we use a proprietary hemp extraction and purification process that involves superficial CO2 extraction. This ensures our hemp’s beneficial phytocannabinoids, terpenes and flavonoids are preserved. This process extracts undesired compounds without degrading the natural molecule structure of the hemp plant. It is safe, sustainable and result in the cleanest and purest CBD products.

While CBD on its own offers many benefits, a growing body of research has found that a broad-spectrum product leads to multiplying benefits. This is called the entourage effect.

But wait… there is more. Once extracted, unfavorable plant solids like waxes are removed from the oil. Thus, the highest quality broad and full spectrum hemp oil is obtained!

Step 4: Separation

Before further refinement, the hemp extraction is separated from the CO2 used in the extraction process and recycled and used again in the distillation process.

Step 5: THC Removal and Refining

One of the most important steps in producing our broad spectrum CBD oil is to extract even the most microscopic traces of THC, the compound found in cannabis that produces the “high feeling” linked with the plant.

Our farmers use the most superior proprietary technology, eliminating all unwanted compounds and trace amounts of THC. It is then “washed” and “polished” to produce the Highest Quality THC-free CBD oil available!

Step 6: Third Party Lab Testing

Every production run is tested for potency and quality to ensure all the cannabinoids, terpenes, essential fatty acids and phytonutrients are consistent and authentic.

Step 7: Proprietary Nanoemulsion Technology

Some of our products, specifically our soft gels, undergo additional processing step that transforms the raw hemp into nano-sized emulsions that results in a better absorption and enhanced potency.

Other proprietary technology is used to create the water-soluble hemp powder used in our dog treats and energy drink mix. This water-soluble composition is more bioavailable; meaning a supplement taken by mouth can be absorbed and used by the body better than standard hemp oil since the human body has difficulty absorbing oil.
